Yup so 2009 is over and here we are stepping into the new 2010.
2009 can be summed up as a year of friends, studying and play, literally that's all i can remember. But overall, I must say it was fun, really no joke. I know some of you must be thinking A-levels where got fun, but in a way it was, explained further down later.
I can still remember preparing myself for the start of 2009, that it would be a year of study, mugging, studying, mugging and A-levels, that's all. But it din turn out so. Studying with mates in 0804 is truly enjoyable, the nite study with Sushan and Wendy, the saturdays with Ryan and occasionally Mich/Terence/Sharon, and later part of the year nite study with xuan yi and clique. Studying was never that enjoyable. We study, laugh at each other's entics, study, ask ques, laugh somemore, it sure was excellent bonding sessions. (I am now smiling to myself recalling all the fun times we use to have). On this note, I must really thank one person, Ryan. He really helped me out a great deal. Studying with TOP bio student really has its perks, and he's great in other subjects too...not like you all don't know. Anything I dun know, its "ask and you shall be answered". After i finish my papers and checked, i would bombard him with all my ques, and he would all so willingly answer, and he makes sure that i understand it. Oh and he's a joker too, so it really livens up the studying mood when his around, like his daily que to me,"So Dalvin who you like?". Haha. So thanks alot Ryan for helping me in my studies. And one last thing for Ryan, "Do you reject or not reject when its less than p-value?"
Outings wise, I really enjoyed the outings with GOF outings alot. They were tons of fun. How many cliques actually do the crazy things we do, like buy food and be neighbours with the president for one night, and the most recent one, actually played "Shi Zhi Lu Kou" in Singapore? Haha. I feel that 2009, though hectic, has allowed me to really secured friendship, especially with people in GOF. Through each and every method available, somehow I seem to have to talked to all of them alot more (For more details ask me personally if you want, I dun tink I can list it down here). And like I've said before, I really wish for these friendships to last, and not fade forever. Once or twice I've talked to sushan bout this, how nice would it be if we were able to attend each other's wedding as either those best buddies of the groom/bride and then sabo them or even be the MC for that nite. Just wan our friendship to last forever :)
However fun it may be, A-levels itself was still presurrizing. There was so much to study, so much to digest, expectations to live up to. And I'm the kind-of-person that must relieve stress one, so i sms ppl lor. Hence here i must thank those ppl who helped/encouraged me along the way. Ryan, Mich, Sushan and Sharon. I know sometimes i might get irritaing complaining bout how little I've completed, so thank you all for being there to support me when needed.
Moving on to more personal things. I've found that my thinking has deepened greatly in 2009, for some reason or another, maybe its those long chat sessions that i'm having. I start to think more bout life, things around me, my relationship with other ppl etc. So I dare say my way of thinking and handling matters has actually really matured quite abit this year, and this i'm really happy about. Makes me feel older hehe. (refer to all my inspirational posts...if you find them inspirational at all haha)

1) Official release of the Fact at Zu Yao's house
2) Hair
3) Zu Yao's Farewell
4) Fencing
5) Epic week with most number of tests
6) Learnt cycling with no hands
7) GOF likes badminton
8) Kbox/singing sessions
9) DBB
I cant think of anymore to write about. 2009 seemed shorter year than usual, maybe cos studying took a major part of it. 2009 has come and gone just like that, but it is definitely a year I will remember close to my heart :)
