A subject tat's been constantly on mind. Is the style the clothes a person wears, how he wears it, or just purely the confidence tat the individual exudes?
Since young, I'm never interested in the clothes I wear, as you can all see. I simply wear clothes. To be truth, I've never really gone out and shop for my own clothes before. Most of my clothes are either hand-downs from my brother, or bought by my mum. I have never in my life walk into a fashion shop, slowing take my time to pick clothes, armed with money in my pocket. Come to think of it...I've never really bought anything like tat...except for my gundams.
Which is why my friends around me has always been saying my clothes are childish. When I was young, I din really mind. But as I grow up, I realize I am slowing taking to heed. Should I really go and improve my image?
Hmm oh well, I shall just carry on my hair post.
Last fri, I had the most terrible makeover ever. By michelle...I hereby announce an international that Michelle is not allowed to style anyone's hair other than her own. Haha

The empty sit in LTs, the silence in class, the lack of the arm tats always around my shoulders, the absence of the wide sincere smile...
He has moved on better things in life, something which he knows he would prefer and enjoy. I am happy for him, for tat is something I do not courage to do. Its good tat now he is able to pursue his passion, and has a well planned future ahead of him. Yet still I cant help but miss him.
Still remember during orientation, we were a group of individuals. Yet this guy stood out as kind of a leader (might be cos of his height). When we were doing the soapy hill thingy, I remember he was the 1 tat took charge, giving us instructions and everything. He was even the 1st to get down and dirty. Some wat like a father-figure in class, a leader, a big brother that we can all rely on.
So gonna miss him. Oh ya and he is going to giv me a style change...haha maybe I will look like him oneday?

The Spartan team has fought long and hard. The end is here. It is the final dash to the hanger, the onli opening for the Spartans to escape this facility. Injured and 1 down, the team carries on the mission. Their ammo count is low, their body fatigued, and their morale is low. Though bred to fight, Spartan I know that his team was almost at their limit. And the onli way to survive...is to fight.
The Spartans bolted through door after door, trying to make up for lost time. They came to the hanger door. The door sprang opened, revealing covenants...waiting in anticipation. There are packs of Grunts, Jackels, menacing Elites, Ghosts with grunts on it and a Wraith, the plasma cannon on it primed to fire. The Wraith released the plasma missle...hurtling towards the Spartan team. The Spartans ducked under the cover of the corridor, as the blast shook and thundered. The Spartans took the cover from the blast smoke to run for cover. Hiding behind unmaned Ghosts and Wraiths, they began their last stand. The auto-turret on the Wraiths tracked the Spartans, leaving scorching plasma trails on the Spartan's footsteps. The Wraith was the largest threat, meaning it had highest priority. Dalvin and Eco fired rounds from their assault rifle, onli to see it spark off the Wraith's armour. The turret targetted at the duo and blared, pinning them down. The covenants are closing in, and being stuck at a spot means danger. Dalvin swung open the weapon pack on his back, the awesome M19 SSM Rocket launcher, loaded and ready to be released. Dalvin raised it onto his shoulder, stood in a squat position. Eco raised his assault rifle and provided covering fire. Dalvin took aim through the scope...the reticle turned red. The 102mm high explosive rocket zoomed across the hanger. The Wraith strafed in an attempt to avoid the rocket, but it was too slow. The Wraith erupted in blue flames, as blue armour plates flew around.
It revealed a door behind it, their target. The team ran across the hanger, bullets spewing from the rifles. They reached the door, onli to find it locked. Chem ducked as plasma trailed behind. They monitored the area, the onli cover available are weapon crates...better than nothing. They made short work of the crates, forming a barricade before their shields were depleted. Dalvin took out his notepad, plugged into the covenant mainframe and started to work. Eco, Chem, and Bio formed a defensive shield as Dalvin worked. Bio drew out the S2 AM Sniper Rifle, and passed it to Chem, who was injured in the torso and not very mobile. Chem propped himself on the wall, raised the sniper to eye level, and fired away.
Eco and Bio expended cartridge after cartridge. Grunts fell one by one, Elites roared, only to be finished off seconds later. Whenever a covenant got close, Chem fired. The 14.5mm flew, white smoke trailed the path, and the covenant fell. This carried on, as Dalvin carried on working on the door, occasionally returning fire when an annoying Grunt missed him.
Suddenly, a beam of thick green plasma fuel bolted towards the team. "Incoming!" shouted Eco over the comm. Dalvin ducked, the beam splashing across the plasma bolted door. Plasma fuel fall on Dalvin, as his shield sparked alive. Two Hunters, blur colored heavily armored hive creatures, each arm equipped with a fuel rod cannon and a thick covenant metal shield respectively. Bio squeezed the trigger, the Hunter continued to move forward, the shells falling helplessly upon hitting the shield. Bio unclipped a grenade from his belt, and lobbed it towards to Hunters. The grenade exploded, the shrapnels having no effect on the Hunter's armour. A Hunter released another plasma fuel beam. Bio jumped sideways, as the beam slammed a weapon crate where Bio just was 2 seconds ago, sending the crate hurtling away, crashing to the ground. It was impossible to kill the Hunters this way, he had to do something. He looked back at Dalvin typing away on the notepad. He drew his pistol and jumped over the barricade. Dalvin noticed the green dot on his radar moving, and turned around, only to see his teammate charging away. He stood up to motion for Bio to return, but a plasma fuel beam came from the side. It hit Dalvin square in the shoulders, the shields crackled and fail under the attack, sending Dalvin flying to the floor. He raised himself, the metal plate over his shoulder totally melted off, revealing the smoking black rubber suit underneath. He knew his must hurry.
Bio rolled as the Hunter fired. He charged forward, aiming as much as possible at the head. It angered the Hunter, as it raised the shield to melee the assasin. Bio noticed an opening under the shield, and dived under. The shield came crashing down, digging straight into the ground. As Bio slid across the floor, he turned himself over, aimed the pistol at the waist of the Hunter. One clear shot was all it took, and red blood splashed across the floor. The Hunter fell. Bio picked himself up, onli to be surrounded by a more covenant. He fired both his pistol and rifle, as he dashed for the nearest cover, away from the team, alone.
Only Eco and Chem are left to protect Dalvin. Their defence could not hold out longer under the increasing hostiles. Most of their barricade was wasted, belt empty, and bullets low. Chem used up the rest of the sniper rounds, and abandoned the sniper. He raised himself up, picked up his assault rifle and continued firing. Onli a few minutes left till the code for the door is decoded. The heat from the covenant attack is increasing. The Grunts fall easily, but the hords Elites are the problem. The battle was chaotic. The Spartans were greatly outnumbered, with no way to escape. Their rifles had run out, and had to resort to hand to hand combat. The notepad clicked, as the hanger door raised. Dalvin picked up his rifle and aided his teammates. He cut down the closest Elite. A Hunter behind fired a blast. Eco jumped infront of Dalvin, tanking the shot. He flew backwards...slamming to the wall. The Hunter primed another shot. Chem pushed Dalvin through the door. Dalvin stumbled, trying to get back to the hanger to help his friends. He saw Eco nodding towards him, as he fell through the door. The last thing Dalvin saw was the door closing, with chem opposite and a plasma fuel beam behind him. He fell, as the door shook. The green dot on his radar disappeared. Dalvin got up and pounded the door. He wanted to go in and save his friends..
Dalvin slumped to the ground. He had totally failed. He looked at the detanator on his thigh, eyes ablazed. He pressed the button, and the timer on his HUD started ticking. Dalvin ran...and ran...as seconds fall. He saw light coming from the front, for once in very long time. He ran up to the surface, jus as the timer reached 0. The underground facility cracked, as the bomb inside detanated. The ground burst into pieces behind him, as Dalvin ran. The facility burst into flames, lifting Dalvin off his feet. Dalvin flew and landed heavily on the ground.
B4 he went unconscious, she flashed across his eyes.
Dalvin woke up, lifting slabs of debris off him. His visor had cracked, his armour blackened with ashes. He looked back...the ruins. It was a black mass, with blue flames spewing. He stared in regret. Was it because he was not prepared? Was he not good enough? Had he given his all? He could onli lie there, tears flowing down the dry Spartan face. He punched the sandy floor, had he be better all would have survived. It was his fault. He had failed. The black debris, a representation of his feelings. The blue flame, a symbol of the spirit he and his Spartans bore. He failed.
Yup tat is the end of my Block Test Series. Its been fun typing it. I was just trying to use a new method to express my feelings for my bad block test results...haiz

The room was dark. The blackened face commando Ryan sat down with thud. The ash on his vest fell, revealing his fire starters and lighters. Ryan smiled. Dalvin, with smoke coming from the cigar in his mouth, picked up the file and made his way to the office. He opened the door, revealing the masterminds, Sushan and Wendy sitted behind a long table. Dalvin threw the file on the table, on it named Zu Yao's Farewell Party and a blue "MISSION COMPLETE" imprinted on over it.

Yup...ZY's surprise party was a success. Planning started like 1 week ago. We were all racking our brains to come up with something special yet possible for ZY. So Wendy and Sushan came up with the idea of a BBQ. On wed, Sushan and I went to serangoon central to get the food and supplies. With a budget of $100, i was trying to becareful with what we should get...but then Sushan called me "Aunty Dalvin" lolz. I kinda have lots of nickname. Then when we were paying at the cashier, Sushan made a commented...it was funny there...but i cant mention it here...censored. We had to carry bags of food all the way to my house.
Then on thurs...i woke up at like 2. Had to send my father, grandma n bro to airport for their 5am flight. After tat went to had breakfast at T1, then grabbed a mocha latte at T2 b4 taking a taxi to fencing.
After fencing, i sent ZY and Terence to macs, b4 i went home to receive the rest for the surprise. 1st Wendy came with the decor, followed by Michelle, then Sushan with the satay. Somehow, cos of the decor, i had to lie to ZY y i would be late...hehe. Then it was awesome badminton!!!
During badminton, the 3 of us tried to discuss in secret behind the stage while ZY was playing. So Sushan and Wendy, on the pretext of receiving Jia Yen, went to my house 1st to check everything. I led ZY to the pool, lying tat my bro had tuition. I went to put my bag, then went to pit to check. Then i was assigned the impt task of getting ZY to the pit. I said we are going out to da pao food, and we shd all go. ZY was adamant not to go...somehow with the help of Jeremy, i managed to pursuade him to move. So we walked, but then ZY suddenly remembered i told him the side gate was blocked. Then i had to think on the spot. So...
ZY: I tot the side gate was blocked?
Me: Ya
Me: Thinking...
Me: Jus now when i went up to put my bag my mum said the gate was opened.
ZY: Really meh?
Me: My mum came in by there jus now.
ZY: Ok...but if it is not opened then i wun go da pao liao
Me: OK...snigger...

Ya. So SURPRISE!!!...can c tat he was shocked. So happy. Then we BBQ...and we managed to start a fire with Ryan around yay!. In the night, the girls set up another surprise...using candles to write a message: "04 <3>
At night, ZY and Ryan went swimming, while the rest sat beside the pool. We talked...and i skillfully tai chi away the ques :) Then at nite we played xbox, while Ryan slept. Tired, we all went to sleep at 4. Woke up next morning, had breakfast and sent them off.

A very classical and gentleman sport.
Under the hot sun, we had to walk around ubi trying to find the place...y would a fencing place be at ubi??? We walked around, then came to a very tattered building...onli to see Ryan n terence standing below. Yay finally we found it. Oh well...
Introduction to the different swords used, foil, epe and sabre. Kinda cool. Always had the idea that fencing is a classy sport. So cool to engage in swordplay, an art that is readily forgotten in the age of modernisation, where bullets fly blindly. Whatever happened to honour, skill and class...
Oh well...1st taste of fencing was great. Found tat it provided good training for badminton as well :)
Gonna sleep in like less than 1 hr time...cos need wake up at 2 to send my family abroad...so early. Then must camp at airport b4 taking taxi to ubi. Looking forward to badminton :) cant w8.

Jus went to amk hub to buy stuff for my sec sch BBQ.
I am reconsidering bout telling Zu Yao bout her on thurs...maybe during some 2 alone time
Its ns to meet some sec ppl after so long. Cant w8. But we got an impressive number of ppl attending, bout 20+. Then our HR manager Matt decided tat budget was lik 15/person, so in total we had 300 to spend!!! muahahaha
But i left a very obvious clue on mon...
So we entered NTUC Xtra, and began our shopping spree. It was fun to be walking around the NTUC and be able to take watever u like without worrying bout budget :) We bought like chicken wings, ribs, sausages, corn, sweet potato, necessities + lots of nonsense tat i dun remember. But it was obvious we all leave our shopping to our maids, cos we were like lost flies there...dun noe where is wat. But in total we spent lik 107 onli...so we went to leave the things at Greg's house. On the internet, and went clicking spree on BBQwholesale centre website :)
Were u ninja enuff to catch it haha
Looks lik we are going to have an awesome BBQ on fri...cant wait
PS: bought coffee bean latte...it was heavenly...although it was lik 6 bucks...but worth every cent :)

Lets start from fri. Fri was career seminar day. Basically the sch organised numerous lects from different occupations to come to sch and tell us more on scholarships/career. The 1st talk in the morning was by Eu Yan Sang. I actually found the talk quite pleasant. Hey they gave out essence of chiken, how bad can that be? The presenter talked bout how they used innovation in their company. Then applied to how we use innovation in our sch. Then some weird guy said the best innovation was the "zero flush system"...dosen't show much bout tat guy. Then they showed us how they had an interactive game on the website to educate ppl on their product. The presenter asked who would like to try, but i think michelle already raised her hand b4 tat. Lolz.
For the 2nd talk, i went for the MOE 1. I found it rather enriching. Teaching seems to be a viable choice. After JC, go for intermship programme, then go army. Come out take teaching award, nbout 4 years later be teacher :). Nt bad considering currently i hv no ambition to go anywhere yet. Actually, i kind of like the idea of friend-friend relationship rather than teacher-student relationship. I mean dun u all lik it when u hv a very friendly teacher in class? Moreover, which job will u get to have so much fun? U can go work, chit chat with students, teach, go play with them, celebrate Bdays, relieve sch days...so cool. Pay wise, i rather find a job tat i enjoy rather than a desk job where i will be dam sian. But who say teachers dun earn much? Anyway i dun really need a high pay to survive. Jus enuff to spend, on necessities, support my family if i hv 1 in future and enuff to keep my hobby my afloat(which is like $30 per month nia...). So dun be surprise if next time yr children come home n say they love Mr Ho in sch :)

After talk went to hougang for BADMINTON!!! Wa i cant tell u how much i've been waiting for it. But actually found tat my skills deproved kinda alot, although my basics are still with me. Yay finally something which I m better at than Ryan...lolz. Best of all, I got to play with Yeow Kheng!!! Dam shiok ah!!! We played 1 on 1, 15 pts. I was working my a** off the court. Worthy opponent, but i onli won him cos he made mistakes. Dam must improve more!!! Then we were playing, Sushan and Wendy was like y they must hit so hard...like fight like tat. I can only say tats how it is in tournaments, old habits die hard. But very funny, Zu Yao kept challenging XY cos he dun believe he will lose. Yay tml hving badminton with mr quek.
Sat i went back to YJC for Celebrating Values Day!!! Been like 1 year since i went back. So nostalgic. This year they were again selling rocher roses :) But they upgraded this year, they also sold it in bouquets, which looked totally awesome. Some guy ordered 21 roses in a bouquet, and it looked really ns. A very ns gift to give a GF if u ask me. But main thing was to c n talk to friends. Lolz Mdm Tay was like so happy to c me. Let jus say during my days in YJC we were on very good terms, very very close relationship...to the point where i almost became her godson :). Since there were new ppl in class, she introduced us, in a funny way.

Then after cvd, me, Lizah, and Zhan Peng went for dinner at North Point. We ate n chat. Then went on mrt. They took to AMK while me to Bishan. Then some very funny happened. They dropped off AMK. Said bye. I took out phone and prepared to listen to music, but suddenlly it rang. Zhan Peng was calling me. I tot to myself, did he forget anything??? I looked around, nothing leh. Then i picked up the phone.
Zhan Peng: Yoz Dal u rushing to go home?
Me: Nope y?
Zhan Peng: Oh ok, wana hang out somemore at bishan? We are already back on the carriage.
Me: Double stuns...
Haha so we got off at bishan. And they were jus 1 carriage away. At the mrt station when we got off, we jus looked at each other and laughed. Then we went to Coffee Bean to grab coffee and chat from 7.15 to 10.15. Pro sia. We talked lots, sch life, etc. But then Lizah was like very worried bout her block test which is after march hols. But she also has SYF, so she dun rly hv time to study and so is stressed out. SO me and Zhan Peng were there counselling her, advising her. But in the process I was in deep thought bout myself.
We talked bout how having ambition helps. But for me, I dun really have an ambition. Zhan Peng wans to go NUS, Lizah wans Mass Comm, me dun noe. Zhen Peng was like u need ambition, but for ppl like Dalvin dun need, cos he can discipline himself to study. Which made me reflect on my motivation to study...nothing came out. I really dun noe what I've been studying for??? I have no future job in mind...and I've always been pitting myself against my older brother scores...so ya. Is this what ppl call grade-chase?
We also talked bout grades. And this really set me thinking...cos of my block test results. My block tests results is very bad...ya. So I was like, did I really put my heart into studying? Was i giving it my all? Conclusion, no. Which is why I am kinda disappointed in myself. I really need to buck up if I wan to beat my Brother's scores...which is like 3-4 "A"s and the rest "B"s. So I am going to stop playing computer games, xbox, and psp until after A-levels and jus concentrate for exams and tests. I really need to buck up.
Then Lizah was commenting on how our PAE was alot better. She was facing lots of internal conflicts and PW disputes. And this made me feel how lucky I am to be in 0804. It is 1 of the most united class I've ever been in. We are friendly to each other(almost every1), talk bout lots, laughs lots and go out lots. I am really enjoying my days in NYJC. 0804 roks! I am jus glad to have these ppl around me.

Ns to c how much I can think bout when talking ppl. I like to talk in this kind of setting. Relax, coffee, lie down and talk. I feel like i can share anything with ppl i really trust in this kind of setting. Especially in the night, the atmosphere is jus good.

Dark clouds loom over the skies, shadow creeps over the rugged desert floor. The hours long of battle has left the terrain unrecognizable. The Gundam Meisters stand, smoke emitting from their gundanium armour, the GN shield glittering away. The battle was long and hard, teh Meisters are tired, exhausted. Their slowed reactions and maneuveurs only serve to worsen the situation. Yet they must press on. In the middle stand Setsuna F "R", the remaining Meister in his light blue Gundam, Exia. His blades are blunt, all weapons expended and energy supply falling into seriously dangerous levels. Will there be any Salvation for them...

I've been thinking...
So in light of everything, i am digging into past memories to enlighten the situation. Teens always comment that they are under too much pressure, from sch, parents or even friends. Well there might be an explanation for that, a scientific explanation.
Real hard...
For those who study physics, u might know that pressure=force/area. Using this formula, we can deduce how teens face more pressure. As we grow, we definitely become heavier, thus exerting larger gravitational force on the ground. Yet our feet does not grow proportionately, meaning that increase in foot area is less than increase in force exerted. This concludes that teens, who are older than thye use to be, face more pressure.
Gonna do a kinda secretive post soon...but some might find it emo

The battle continues...
The team carries on their precarious mission, in the heart of the Block. They've been doing well so far, without suffering any casualties, after all thats what the Spartans are bred to do. Heavily armoured, capable of wielding any weapon, the Spartans are the Elites of the UNSC. Their mission this time, phase 1 to plant the bomb, phase 2 detonate it. Currently on phase 2, they are facing more resistant than expected. Yet they are trained to handle any situation, however unfavourable.
The rag-tag team of Spartans trudge down the hallway. Checking the map occasionally, Dal is worried that they are not on schedule. The huge resistant faced has been constantly slowing them down. He looks down at the small pocket on his thigh, griping it hard, worried. He felt a pat on his back, it was Mat. Knowing what their leader was worried about, Mat gave him a knod of assurance. Dal losen his grip on the pocket, and gave the command to move on.
A thundering voice rang over the hall, it was the prophet. The Spartans need not know alien to knwo what he was saying, and they began to run. Corridor after corridor, as they avoid every single detectable footstep. The map showed a huge room ahead and covenants are closing in. They had no choice but to proceed in. The room was circular, surrounded with doors with a spiral staircase in the middle leading to the next level. This leaves the Spartans in a very dangerous position. This means that they have very little cover, and have to fight every wave head on.
The door behind the Spartans sprang open, and the 1st wave came in. 3 green dots flashed on HUDs, and the Spartans obeyed their leader's command. They split into 2 groups, each covering a side of the door. The grunts that came through fell, without a chance to fire. An Elite came through, his shield flickering from the fire. Bio took a short burst at the Elite's hand, and the plasma rifle fell off. Defenceless, the Elite fell. Dal raised 2 fingers, and seperated them. The 2 teams followed suit and went to handle the following doors that open. Cartridge after cartridge were expended, as wave after wave fell. Suddenly, the doors on the 2nd level opened up, as elites started pouring out. Blue streams of plasma bolts and red needles fly from above. The Spartans took evasive action and jumped away, with some grunts dying in the cross-fire. Unfazed by the army, the Spartans all took cover under the stairs. The salvo of enemy fire left little chance for the Spartans to fight back. Dal reached for a HE grenade, poped open the pin and toss it up. It ricoheted off the walls and landed right on the 2nd floor. "Boom!" went the grenade, followed by a short silence. The team took this opportunity to fight back. They huddled beside each other, firing at each angle. The ammo count on their MA5Bs dropped rapidly, like their shields under the hostile fire. Their only chance to survive is that the Elites fall before their shields do. Mat's rifle went "click", as the last Elite fell to the ground. His shield was already down to 0. He took the opportunity to reload his rifle. He unloaded the cartridge from the rifle, allowing it to fall to the ground. Suddenly, he spotted a grunt poping out behind the fallen Elite. It released its plasma pistol, and the plasma bolt trailed towards Mat. Mat reached for his reload, but was too late. His armour gave way upon contact with the plasma bolt. He could hear his armour sizzle, he could not feel a thing, he fell. The green dot on Dal's radar faded. Dal used his left hand to draw his pistol, and finished off the grunt.
All 3 Spartans reloaded their rifles and took aim, waiting for more. But none came. Sensing safety, they lowered their weapons. Dal immediately went to check on Mat. There he was, lying on the ground. The metal plate on his chest had an uneven black hole, still smoking. Dal checked his pulse, nothing. He was disappointed, not with Mat but himself. Although Mat was careless in not checking his surroundings, it was Dal's duty to bring his team back home, and he had failed. Mat lied there, silently. The MJOLNIR armour revealing its scars from the battles the Mat and it had, a true sign of honour. Dal picked up Mat's weapon, redistributed his remaining supplies, a standard operating procedure, though how unpleasant, a must to survive. He bent down, whisperring into Mat's ear. He slot in a fresh cartridge into the rifle, and prepared for revenge.
Leaving their fallen comrade behind, the Spartans carried on their mission, unknown of what is going to happen to all of them.

In the Block...
Thundering footsteps could be heard. The dimly lit hallways made it hard to discern from the surroundings, yet the footsteps comes louder. The purplish sliding doors sprang open, as 5 green hulks dashed through. Trailing behind, blue bolts of plasma fire follow. The covenant gave chase to their prey, firing away at their plasma rifles and pistols. The 5 Spartans ran, returning fire whenever they got an open shot.
Realising that it was virtually impossible to outrun the covenant in their homeground, Spartan V "Dal", made a tactical call to break and fight. 2 green flashes and a red dot appeared on the HUD(Heads Up Display) of his fellow Spartans. Understanding the command, the Spartans dropped to a roll to break their dash, and started their retaliation. Last in line, Spartan IV "Chem", unlocked his MA5B Assault Rifle and opened fire. The 1st barage cut down the 1st line of grunts with ease. The Elite roared as his comrades fall, and fired back. Chem ducked under cover of the nearest wall, as the plasma bolts left sizzling marks on the wall. Spartan III, and II, "Eco" and "Mat", returned fire from their hiding positions. The Elite's shield gave way under the 7.62mm armor-piercing rounds. Spartan I "Bio" drew the M6D pistol from his back pocket, and fire well placed shots on th Elite's skull. Purple blood spew on the floor as the Elite fell. Seeing the fall of their leader, the grunts ran helter skelter, screaming away.
With the short victory in the back of their minds, the Spartans proceded on their mission. The Spartans came to the end of the corridor, only to be confronted by what seems to be trouble. The stage was an open area, linked to the 2nd level, and with little cover. After checking the bullet count on their weapons, the Spartans confronted the challenge. Dal raised 2 fingers and pointed forward, and Spartans moved off, in tactical positions. It wasn't long before the covenant came, and in hords. Raising their weapons, Spartans began their hunt. Plasma and rounds cross the corridors, as covenant fell one by one. However strong the Spartans maybe, they were still overpowered. The energy shields on their MJOLNIR armour blazed, as plasma saturates across it. Chem and Eco jumped from the crossfire to save their shields. Restricted by the covenant firepower, they could onli fire controlled blasts from their cover. The shield bar on their HUD became full, and the Spartans grinned. 1 green dot on their HUD and both Spartans assumed formation Delta. Eco crouched infront with his MA5B, and Chem stood behind with his pistol. They suppressed the covenant threat with continous fire, alternating to reload. The Spartans stepped across the dead bodies, their boots sizzle from the weapons which was pointing at them not long ago. Suddenly, 2 red dots appeared on their radar, and incoming closer. The Spartans reloaded their weapons, and braced themselves. The dead bodies shook, as the Elite Guards jumped from the 2nd lvl. The reticle grew red as the MA5B spewed rounds on the guards. Without any effect, the guards roared and charged. Finishing the leftover rounds in the clip, they took up melee positions. The MJOLNIR armour cranked under the pressure of the guard's force. The Elite Guard drew out his energy sword, and prepared himself for the kill as he observe the reflection of the blade on Eco's visor. Time was short, Eco had to think fast. He fired close quarter shot from his sidearm directly into the guard's chest. The Guard screamed from the close impact, and released Eco. But as he swing wildly, the blade hit the Spartan and sent him flying. Eco felt the impact, though cushioned by his armour, from the hit. He slammed against the wall, before sliding to the ground. Pain shot across his body, as Eco tried to move his left arm. cytoplasmic liquid dripped from his cracked armour, mixed with his own blood. The impact had his sidearm flying out of his hand, leaving Eco defenceless.
On the otherhand, Chem was fighting his own battle. Knowing that he could not overpower an alien twice his size, he decided to use deadly force. He unloaded the weapon crate on his back, and unlocked it. The gleaming M90 Shotgun lie in the case, but before Chem could arm it, he was knocked over by the Guard. Chem picked himself up, to face the giant infront of him. Eyeing the case just metres beside him, Chem released the M9 HE-DP Grenade from his belt, and faked a throw. While the Guard crouched in fear, Chem jumped for shotgun. Realising that he was tricked, the Guard drew out both his energy swords and made a mad dash. He stopped infront of Chem, staring at the shotgun which was smoking. It fell backwards...motionless. Chem fell to his knees, as cytoplasmic liquid poured from his thigh and torso. He managed to plant the shot, but after the blade had cut into his armour. Luckily the cut wasn't deep enough to be fatal, and Chem applied quick hardening gel onto the exposed areas of his armour.
Hearing the cries of guards, Dal, Bio and Mat knew it was trouble and rushed to their teamates aid. They managed to get there in time, with the Guard bearing down upon Eco. Dal released streams of plasma bolts from his dual plasma pistols, which made quick work of the shields. Bio and Mat each emptied 1 cartridge into the Guard's body. The Guard fell, no match against the combined strength of 3 Spartans.
The field was a dead silence. There was no more waves. Bio lifted Chem onto his feet, and Dal and Mat shoulder lifted Eco. Eco picked up his MA5B with his right arm and unlocked it, a sign that he was still operational ready. With Chem barely surviving and Eco injured, Dal led his team furthur on their mission.

Block test is over, tats all I'm going to say bout it. Hoping to pass...
After bio on thurs, we all proceeded to Zuyao's house, with block test clearly burried deep under our minds. Under the scorching sun, we guys played basketball, while the girls went to play badminton. After we guys got seriously exhausted due to the extreme heat of the sun, we went to join the girls. Played a bit of badminton, then we all suited up for swimming. Its been such a long time since i last swam. We played water polo, got cramps, raced, got cramps, photo-taking, got more cramps...u get the idea. Then it started to rain, so we hide under the safety of the clubhouse(I think). Then while some of us played table-tennis, the rest bridged. Then unable to resist the tempting water, we went into the pool again, tis time for more photos
I dun noe y must i ninja tis...considering tat almost half of the class noe it liao...
After a shower, it was dinner. Hokien Mee, Char Kway Teow, Satay, Chicken Wings and Sugar Cane Juice from Chomp Chomp proved delicious. Played rounds of charade, but eventually 0804' s defences crumble under the constant bombardment of flies and we retreated into the safety of the playground.

There, we played truth or dare. Initially, it was fun watching the bottle pointing at ppl. But then it came to me, not once, not twice but thrice...First i said truth, then 2 dares. Not going to elaborate bout it. The day was dam fun.

On Fri, i went to J8. Went to get my mum her bday present. Then went to KFC...where surprisingly i ate 2 whole meals...haha must be from the exams. Then i was passing-by the arcade, then i tot to myself...maybe i shd go in. Then ok...went in, had fun, then went home. Kinda like emo sia...soloing in J8...

Hmmm...i m thinking bout organising a 0804 sports outing(mainly badminton) :P . Seeing and playing badminton made my hand itch...any1 interested???other sports also can.
